It said there was an ATM onsite but there wasn't.

Walking up to the hotel from the road can be tough for anyone with an injured foot. There is a climb up a hill/bumpy road.

The design of the cottage is so cool — they’ve brought the natural beauty of Rishikesh right inside with plants, wood decor, and cozy corners that make it feel like a mountain retreat.The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also rent scooters, which made exploring the area super easy. Really nice hotel located on High Bank, just a short walk from Tapovan main road but far enough to be much quieter and peaceful. Rooms are big, simple but will all basic amenities and the view from the the windows and terrace is lovely. The staff is nice and helpful.

The location, staff and room were incredible nice. The food was also delicious and the shower amazing. The view from the room was a plus. I really enjoyed this place a lot!

fantastic views and a little bit out of the hustle and bustle

when we arrived the bed was dirty and they had to change the linen, the room was never cleaned, which was fine, but toiletries only replaced when requested.There wasn't daily yoga as we had been led to believe and although we asked about local yoga classes no-one seemed to have any definitive answers on where to go or contact.

Location was great not too secluded there was plenty to see within walking distance but we werent right in the middle of all the noise. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was lovely. The view was the best part

The bathrooms should be remodeled, they are old and outdated. The amount of toilet paper was very limited. The breakfast was simple and with few options to choose from, but it was clean.

Quiet location high up the hill, quiet, ideal place to find recluse from the hustle-bustle of the city. Great views over the river, nice balcony, comfortable rooms.

Of all the staff, only one person is capable, speaks English well and is polite, all the rest is typically rude. I had to ask for new toilet paper on the room, they grumpily gave it to me without saying anything. Some of the staff is so clumsy to wake you up in the middle of the night with food that you haven't ordered and is meant for another room. They don't clean the room (I stayed for a week) unless you ask for it. I gave them money for their on-site yoga teacher and they forgot to give it to the teacher. Also, i informed of my arrival time via whatsapp but the reservation staff is separate from the hotel staff and they did not bother to pass the message. Also the reservation staff tried to change the date on the booking to pay less fees to Booking.com

It is quiet and away from the town. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My bed and room were comfortable and clean.

As in most of Rishikesh there is a lot of building going on.

Nice veranda in the room with nice view. The bathroom was big and the room spacious.

The location is quite hard to get to, it’s a lot of walking up steep hill and steps (tuk tuk and car can only go so far as well) it’s maybe not suitable for older people or with disability. There was limited hot water

Really kind and welcoming service, very helpful. The location is great and outside of the bustling centre of Tapovan, so you can get a good nights sleep! The room was huge and everything worked well - literally couldn't have hoped for a better stay for what I was looking for (peace, quiet, yoga). There is even a Yogashala at the very top you can use for free - it has an amazing view + a swing outside to look at the view :) 10/10

Surprisingly quiet considering it’s location. Some rooms have a great view of the Ganges which is nice to enjoy from your balcony in the morning. Very clean, facilities in the room are excellent. The staff were very helpful and attentive.I stayed here as my train arrived late at night and I wanted somewhere closer to the taxi stand.

It’s only personal preference, but I prefer to stay on the other side of the river. Also a lot of monkeys visit the balcony if you are eating out there, which is a bit scary!

The staff was always kind. The place is quiet, with a view to the mountain. And by tuk-tuk you are in 2 minutes to Ram Jhula bridje. I Liked the place a lot.

There were some construction and noisy works nearby.
